Returns

If you change your mind about an online order, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving your goods, as set out in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return

  1. Tell us through the contact form within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you are returning.
  2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging where possible, to the returns address below.
  3. We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back.

Personalised items

Items personalised with a name are made to your specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply to them. If a personalised item arrives faulty or with an error in the name we supplied, we will put it right. [MERCHANT TO CONFIRM]
