Which size should I choose?

Crate bedding and crate sets are sold in crate sizes, so choose the size of your crate. For beds, measure your dog lying stretched out and compare it with the sizes on the product page. [MERCHANT TO CONFIRM]: size chart per bed shape.

Can the covers be washed?

Products listed with a removable cover have a cover that comes off. Follow the care label on the cover. [MERCHANT TO CONFIRM]: wash temperatures by fabric.

How does personalisation work?

Choose “Yes” under Personalisation on a product that offers it, then type the name. Check the spelling: personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Can I return something?

Yes, unpersonalised items within 14 days of receiving them. See returns.
